Maintenance Manager
**Description** Contech is looking to hire a maintenance manager on their 1st shift (5am-5pm Mon-Fri). Needing someone who has solid leadership skills, can delegate tasks, and strong knowledge in maintenance. This role will primarily be working in the yard on various types of yard equipment like Bobcats, forklifts, and completing mechanical repairs on some of their production machinery. Needing to be able to lead a team of 6-8 mechanics, work quite a bit of OT, and strong knowledge in installing equipment, knowledge in mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical knowledge. Contech is looking to convert people quickly so if we find someone that has good attendance and performance Contech will buyout the contract. Contech constructs a wide variety of bridges, drainage, erosion control, retaining walls, sanitary sewer systems, and stormwater management products. They're currently building concrete columns for the Micron project and will start a bridge project after. Our employees will either be in the production or finishing departments. In the production department employees will be constructing wooden supports, tying/securing rebar, setting rebar cages, and then pouring concrete. Will be working wtih a variety of hand tools, saws, and drills.
