**Job Title: Maintenance Manager** **Job Description** We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Manager to oversee and develop our maintenance department. The ideal candidate will improve our maintenance program, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure the reliability of our equipment and processes. **Responsibilities** + Oversee the maintenance department and ensure smooth operations. + Develop and improve the maintenance program. + Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). + Handle automation and PLC programming, specifically Allen Bradley. + Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting. + Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance. + Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). + Work with 3-phase motors, schematics, and blueprints. + Train and develop the maintenance team. + Distribute and manage work orders. + Manage budgeting and profit and loss for the department. + Handle electro-mechanical assembly tasks. **Essential Skills** + 10 years of experience managing or supervising a maintenance department. + Proficient in maintenance management, improvement planning, and problem management. + Strong process improvement and analytical skills. + Experience in department supervision and mechanic development. + Proficient in PLC control, budget management, and CMMS. + Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies. + Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAM, or other tracking systems. + Bi-Lingual (Spanish) required. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Trade school certification or college degree preferred. **Why Work Here?** We offer a full benefits package, including one week of vacation in the first year, performance-based yearly bonuses, and additional fill-in bonuses.
