Job Description
We are currently looking to hire a Maintenance Manager for our maintenance department. The manager will be responsible for overseeing 15-20 employees, including robotics technicians, planners, and trainers, within a highly automated facility.
ResponsibilitiesMotivate maintenance team members to complete calls and PM schedules.Assist team members on machine and facility breakdowns (PLCs, robotic systems, electrical troubleshooting, etc.).Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly meetings.Give out performance reviews.Track, change, and implement changes to the maintenance budget.Maintain relationships with outside vendors and contractors.Partner with other departments throughout the plant (production, shipping/receiving, quality, grounds, scheduling, purchasing, fabrication, etc.).Strive towards a World Class Maintenance department.Keep ROI in mind with each decision and project.Implement 5S practices.Manage and coordinate projects.Essential SkillsMaintenance EngineeringMaintenance Management5+ years of maintenance leadership experienceAbility to motivate othersRobotics knowledgeWhy Work Here?

Work Environment
The facility is a newer building with state-of-the-art automated equipment. It is a very clean facility operated mostly by technicians and engineers, with little to no operators or forklift drivers within the building. Most of the finished product is moved throughout the facility by automated guided vehicles (AGVs). The shift typically starts from 7-8 am and ends around 4-5 pm. The role requires being open to calls on nights and weekends as the plant operates 24/7.
