Job Summary
We are looking for an exceptional Maintenance Manager to effectively oversee technical teams responsible for managing all maintenance activities, delivering projects, innovation, infrastructure and services to the site.
Role Responsibilities:
Leadership
+ Provide leadership and guidance to the broader maintenance team.
+ Manage timecards via Kronos and oversee workforce planning, including leave management and rotating rosters.
+ Conduct performance reviews and training/development plans for direct reports.
+ Supervise contractors as required.
+ Provide support to the wider team as required to meet organisational goals and objectives.
Operational
+ Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure effective utilization of assets and resources across the site.
+ Drive the Professional Maintenance (PM) pillar of the Unilever Manufacturing Systems (UMS) process, ensuring all deliverables are met, including:
+ Increasing the Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) of all lines.
+ Reducing the Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) of all lines.
+ Developing and implementing Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMPs).
+ Overseeing the Emergency Work Order (EWO) process.
+ Develop and implement the Repair and Maintenance (R&M) budgets for labour and materials.
+ Collaborate with the Engineering Manager on the development and management of the annual capital budget.
+ Work closely with the Production team to improve site and line efficiency while reducing waste.
+ Manage technical teams responsible for project delivery and innovation.
+ Continuously improve site infrastructure in areas such as energy, water, treatment, and steam.
+ Ensure all projects and innovations occur within budget guidelines.
+ Ensure maintenance activities comply with Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP).
+ Undertake any other projects as required by the Sourcing Unit Manager.
+ Adhere to all safety instructions, policies, and procedures to ensure the health and safety of yourself and others.

Mandatory:
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering
+ Leadership experience
Desirable:
+ Experience in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment
