Overview:

Directly supervise personnel in general facility property and equipment, maintenance activities including installation, maintenance and repair of facility, structures, equipment, and grounds. Responsibilities may include electrical/electronic, air pneumatic, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, water, gas, and other facility systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Maintain, troubleshoot, and direct repairs of factory equipment, building, and grounds.

·         Coordinate preventative and proactive maintenance programs.

·         Oversee janitorial service and general maintenance of grounds.

·         Oversee installation of new equipment and building alterations.

·         Oversee outside contractors working on company premises.

·         Support and train personnel in machine and equipment repairs.

·         Maintain organized maintenance department including effective parts ordering and inventory.

·         Monitor the control of energy usage and maintenance of plant power equipment.

·         Perform other duties as required.

Work Experience:

·         3-5 years supervisory experience with hydraulics, electronics and pneumatics, maintenance procedures, and techniques as they relate to injection molding, auxiliary, and facility machinery.

Skills Required:

·         Ability to operate a variety of technical equipment.

·         Read and interpret hydraulic and electrical schematics and drawings.

·         Basic skills consisting of reading, writing, and mathematics.

·         Thinking skills consisting of creative thinking, problem solving, decision making, and visualization.

·         Experience in creating and executing preventative maintenance plans.
