You will diligently supervise all maintenance activities, ensuring that our Hitchcock, TX facility remains at peak performance. + Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods. + Plan and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure efficient performance of equipment and facilities. + Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing mentorship, training, and support. + Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and address any issues or potential problems. + Manage the maintenance budget, including procurement of spare parts and maintenance supplies. + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. + Collaborate with other departments to support production and operational goals. + Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and maintenance logs. + Implement and lead a preventive maintenance program to extend the lifespan of equipment and reduce the risk of breakdowns. + Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repair services. **You have:** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field, preferred. + Experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment. + Electrical journeyman certification. + HVAC, CNC, and plumbing knowledge. + Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and standard methodologies. + Excellent leadership and team management skills. + Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. + Strong organizational and planning skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools. + Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
