SALARY:  $100,000 - $118,750, bonus eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:  
For our Maintenance Manager out of our Los Angeles Brewery we are looking for a leader with a strong technical background in Maintenance. This is a highly dynamic and fast paced environment, so we are looking for a candidate who is able to build relationships, carry out and lead strategy, and execute at a high level.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Ensure that quality and safety standards are met.

Responsible for Brewery wide maintenance performance metrics and overall equipment health, specifically MOH Completion and Maintenance Plan Completion.

Oversee Brewery preventative and corrective maintenance planning and execution through SAP, prioritizing Safety, Quality, and E&F.

Responsible for financial performance including maintenance labor and parts spend (both VIC and ZBB).

Consult on CapEx plan and responsible for E-Capex submissions.

Responsible for Brewery maintenance labor, including staffing plans, technical hiring, training and labor relations.

Implement maintenance strategy throughout the Brewery

Responsible for the Brewery Maintenance Pillar & the annual Summertime Checklist

Responsible for the Storeroom and operators including daily/shiftly reporting, managing Core Working Capital and Inventories

Support Department Reliability Managers with routines and resources to maintain all brewery maintenance metrics and to standardize the Routines across the brewery.

Lead monthly Brewery-wide Technician communication meetings and build craft steward MCRS with Leadership.

Participate and support all Weekend Maintenance Planning by attending and reviewing plans for consistency and

Drive implementation and training of new VPO tools and initiatives in areas

Actively uses VPO tools to sustain and improve assigned area’s KPIs, driving LA’s Maintenance Cup standings

Responsible for implementing Zone maintenance initiatives within the Maintenance Team

Work closely with the ZBS Maintenance and Capex to set Brewery MOH plan and priorities

Responsible for Brewery Maintenance PdM Execution including TANGO, SEMEQ, Oilography, etc.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or Management etc.

Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation; technical and problem solving skills  

Ability to extract, evaluate, and utilize data for process improvement form applicable systems  

Proven leadership and organizational change skills  

Ability to multi-functionally move between departments and divisions 

Flexibility and availability to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends  

Experience with coaching and training skilled trades in a unionized environment  

Ability to relocate  

Solid understanding of mechanical/electrical/instrumentation controls and automation systems
