Responsibilities

1. Ensure operational performance of sites meets KPI objectives

2. Support sites in case of critical machine failure

3. Develop maintenance framework

4. Evaluate and improve maintenance of the sites

5. Introduce standard use of PM SAP module and enhance predictive maintenance

6. Assure optimal spare part management including WC optimization

7. Monitor maintenance performance through KPI reporting and target setting

8. Evaluate maintenance requirements of specifications for new equipment

9. Collaborate in the creation and development of a safe working environment

10. Ensure organizational development of maintenance teams: establish effective people development program to allow for constant review and progression.

11. Assure fluent communication with site management teams.

In addition to job specifics, all employees are required to follow the GMP standards and BOS procedures as well as company and local H&S procedures.
