The Naval Industry team is responsible and accountable for the on-time production and delivery of the Thales Naval products within in cost and first-time right. To realize this the Naval Industry team is strongly and closely cooperating with the other departments (e.g. Engineering, Procurement, Product Segments) within Thales Naval. As Thales Naval we foster a strong growth in demand to our products and to secure this growth the Industry has to minimize the downtime and maximize the utilization of their equipment to support the production. For that reason, we are looking for a Maintenance Manager Industrial Assets
About your future job
As Maintenance Manager Industrial Assets your task is to propose, implement and manage the key standards and processes based on the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) model. You will also execute the necessary improvements, in accordance with the Production line performance objectives (Safety, Quality, Cost, Time). You ensure that production, integration and test equipment is maintained and stays in operating condition and that the industrial equipment within your area of responsibility are available for use.
In this position you will have a strong contribution by setting up and implementing processes to improve the OEE (Operational Equipment Efficiency) based on a continuous improvement mindset.
With your skills and experience you will contribute to a reliable production environment making use of maintenance plans, document management (maintenance instructions and -reports), databases, new technologies and training.This position will be a driver to secure that within 5 years Naval Industry will be a competitive, reliable & predictable and agile world class competence center, driven by close collaboration with internal and external partners to reach maximum customer satisfaction and goals.
In this position you will report to the Manager Operational Excellence.
The main tasks and responsibilities are:
Establish maintenance plans based on Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) model for the industrial equipment within Naval Industry.Maintain with your team the Industrial equipment to guarantee the availability and performance to secure the performance of the production lines.Ensure an approved level of support with the production lines (in particular, real-time Andon responses).Ensure that preventive, corrective, or remedial actions are performed in accordance with maintenance plans and at the associated intervals.Implement, manage and analyze maintenance related KPI’s.Work with other parties at the ICC to identify new investments, draft their specifications and propose plans for improving and upgrading equipment.Why you'd be a good match
