Maintenance Responsibilities (Managers & Technicians):
Perform skilled maintenance and repair tasks across various trades.Conduct regular building and equipment inspections.Execute preventative maintenance and repairs.Implement and uphold maintenance policies and safety standards.Ensure property safety for occupants, visitors, and staff.Prepare vacated units for new residents.Inspect electrical wiring and safety systems for compliance.Participate in on-call rotation for emergency maintenance.Maintain inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment.Work overtime as needed for special projects or emergencies.Benefits:

3+ years of property maintenance experience.Multifamily experience preferred.Proficiency in a specific trade with general maintenance skills.Strong knowledge of building and mechanical trades, tools, techniques, and safety precautions.Excellent organization and project management skills.Ability to implement and improve policies and procedures.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Yardi software knowledge a plus.Ready to Build Your Career with Us?
