Maintenance Manager (TN, Nashville)TN, Nashville Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the day-to-day maintenance of all machinery and equipment. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment, appliances, and facilities are maintained to the highest standards of functionality and safety. This individual will also manage a team of maintenance technicians, coordinate schedules, and handle troubleshooting and repair needs in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: + Maintenance Oversight: Lead and manage the maintenance of all breaktime solution equipment, including vending machines, coffee machines, refrigerators, microwaves, and other breakroom appliances. Ensure they are functioning optimally at all times. + Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring team members are adequately trained and motivated. + Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to proactively address potential issues, ensuring minimal downtime and extending the lifespan of equipment. + Troubleshooting & Repairs: Respond quickly to service requests and perform troubleshooting and repairs on malfunctioning equipment. Work efficiently to minimize service disruptions. + Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies necessary for repairs and maintenance. Order and track inventory levels to ensure timely availability of materials. + Compliance & Safety: Ensure all maintenance operations comply with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards and resolve issues promptly. + Scheduling & Planning: Create and maintain maintenance schedules to ensure regular inspections and servicing. Plan for downtime during non-peak hours to minimize disruptions to customer operations. + Vendor Relations: Liaise with external service providers and vendors for repairs and specialized maintenance services. Ensure contractors meet company standards and requirements. + Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Prepare regular reports on equipment status, maintenance costs, and team performance. Qualifications: + Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or in a similar role with a focus on equipment maintenance and management. + Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a team. + Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. + Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities. + Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. + Strong understanding of maintenance systems and processes, including preventive maintenance techniques. + Experience with breakroom equipment (e.g., vending machines, coffee machines, refrigerators) is a plus. + Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards. + Proficient in using maintenance management software and other related tools. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. + High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or mechanical certification preferred. + Valid driver’s license Benefits: + Competitive salary + Health, dental, and vision insurance + Paid time off + Opportunity for professional development and advancement Location - TN, Nashville
