Your Role:

As part of the Pine Grove floor management team, you will ensure that all internal and external quality and production requirements are met. Your expertise in troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment will be vital in keeping our operations running smoothly. Training will be provided through on-the-job experience and SOP reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial electrical and mechanical systems.

Execute work orders efficiently, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.

Utilize tools and equipment with precision, delivering high-quality workmanship.

Perform predictive and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.

Install and maintain electrical components, including motors, transformers, circuit breakers, and PLC modules.

Operate and troubleshoot automated systems with confidence.

Apply machine shop skills, including micrometer use, tooling setup, and fabrication.

Follow all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout and fall protection.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Lead and manage small projects, demonstrating problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Operate mobile equipment, including forklifts and personnel lifts.

Be available for occasional overtime to meet production needs.

Physically fit for hands-on work, including manual dexterity and precision.

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or GED required.

Minimum 3 years of electrical OR mechanical experience in a manufacturing setting (5+ years preferred for Master Tech III level).

Physical Requirements:

Frequent hand, finger, and wrist movement.

Requires standing for extended periods.

Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and use repetitive hand motions.

Occasionally required to climb or balance.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Exposure to vibration, fumes, or airborne particles.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements:

Eye protection

Hearing protection

Steel toe/non-slip shoes

Reflective vest (where applicable)

Pay Details: $24.87 per hour
