Maintenance Material Coordinator

The Maintenance Material Coordinator is responsible for the administration of maintenance parts and continuous development of the area to achieve the set objectives in accordance with legal, professional and company requirements.
**JOB DUTIES:**
+ Ordering, tracking, receiving, and issuing maintenance parts
+ Ordering parts and materials not directly related to production (requesting offers, managing orders)
+ Provision of tools and technical materials required for production based on the production or maintenance plan
+ Organization of transport for parts production
+ Keeping documentation related to orders, production, and warehouse stocks up to date
+ Continuous monitoring of the entire stock of spare parts, keeping a daily stock register
+ Component stock level monitoring
+ Keeping building operation and maintenance documents up to date
+ Keeping the chemical inventory up to date
+ Storage of received materials, accounting, inventory management
+ Quality and quantity control of delivered items at warehouse arrivals
+ Carrying out the administrative duties of the warehouse register
+ Inventory, disposal
+ Communication with the suppliers
+ Development of continuous cost reduction ideas, based on inventory depletion and usage
+ Support other departments administrative works if it necessary
+ Responsible for implementing and keeping 5S process in maintenance
+ Responsible for controlling and keeping the maintenance stockroom level
+ Participation on mandatory training events
+ Responsible for gaining new knowledge and processes according to her/his leader
+ Responsible for operation of maintenance kanban system
**YOU MUST HAVE:**
+ Knowledge of Kanban process, Lean and 5S
+ SAP experience
+ Microsoft Office including Excel skills
