ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintenance Duties

Follows blueprints, manuals, and other written or verbal instructions.Uses tools, equipment, machinery, or instruments appropriate to the task to install, inspect, assemble, troubleshoot, repair, adjust, calibrate, construct, and maintain equipment, parts and facilitiesOperates company vehiclesMaintains cleanliness and orderliness of work area

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience

Preferred: Experience and/or training related to pharmaceutical or similar equipment, facilities, and documentationAppropriate college degree

Knowledge

In order to be eligible for this position, journeyman status or equivalent in the trade or specialty designated by management as currently necessary is required. Experience or education must establish knowledge and ability to perform the technical, reading, documentation, and mathematical requirements of the job.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Required to reach with hands and arms and frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel.Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 poundsSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close visionFrequently exposed to moving mechanical partsFrequently exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals The noise level is moderateWork environment is a production/manufacturing environment
