Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Performs necessary maintenance and repairs on all equipment and machinery including scheduled Preventive Maintenance on autoclaves, presses, ovens air compressors, vacuum pumps, cooling systems and CNC machines.
• Maintains facilities - performing repairs and upgrades to plumbing, electrical, hydraulic and other systems/equipment to support a safe working environment.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Requirements:
•
Ability to safely lift up to 35lbs. This position requires significant walking, bending and standing, climbing, kneeling, working from heights and using fine finger movements.
•
Ability to bring your best self every day to safely meet and exceed production and quality standards.
•
Documented experience in equipment service, repair and installation with knowledge of electrical, PLCs, Computer systems, hydraulic, mechanical, plumbing systems and HVAC.
•
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical equipment issues.
•
Repair of battery operated forklifts, manlift and pallet jacktes.
•
Related technical education/training preferred.
•
Ability to work in environment with excessive noise and marked changes in temperature and/or humidity, heat, dust and work around moving equipment and machinery or confined quarters.
•
Job requires to be trained and able to handle hazardous waste.
