Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at a Food & Beverage facility.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in troubleshooting Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), and robotic systems. A strong understanding of industrial safety circuits and protocols is essential, along with mechanical aptitude in bearing replacement and sprocket alignment. Experience with electrical systems, particularly 220v and 3-phase 480v, is required.
ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair VFD, PLC, and robotic systems.Ensure compliance with industrial safety circuits and protocols.Perform mechanical tasks such as bearing replacement and sprocket alignment.Handle electrical systems including 220v and 3-phase 480v.Conduct preventive maintenance on hydraulic and pneumatic systems.Maintain and repair boiler and steam systems.Perform welding and basic machining tasks.Essential SkillsTroubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.Repair and maintenance experience in hydraulics and pneumatics.Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures.Experience with industrial systems including boilers and steam systems.Welding skills.Familiarity with ABB Pick Master systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with steam systems and boilers.Basic machining skills.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
