Shift(s) Available: Weekend shift with hours of 4:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m., Saturday-Wednesday
Compensation: $34-$39/hr

Principal Accountabilities

Promote a safe working environmentOwner in the ongoing Maintenance & Reliability process & embrace the needed change to improvePromote proactive culture/environmentMeet daily to review workloadUse SAP correctlyComplete PM work orders & follow ups as neededMake recommendations & suggestions to management for improvementsFollow all Cargill policiesPDM technologies (IR, UE, VA, OA)Work on hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, Electrical and mechanical functions.Using predictive technologies (Ultrasound, Infrared Thermography, Vibration, MCE, Oil Analysis)Advanced safety knowledge to include permit procedures, hazardous chemicals, and process safety Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and CMMS software

Required Qualifications

Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Must be 18 years or olderMust be able to work in the US without an humanitarian Parole status related to Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua or Venezuela which is subject to the Federal Register Notice of revocation by DHS on March 25, 2025Ability to read, write, and speak EnglishAt least 10+ years’ industrial maintenance experience or a minimum 7 month technical training.Experienced in the use of computers and a computerized maintenance management control systemMust be able to work overtime and weekends as neededAbility to perform basic mathHigh school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to use a VOMAbility to troubleshoot electrical problemsAbility to weldAbility to perform basic fabrication (i.e. machine guards, rails, and stands)Experience working in a food processing environmentExperience using a computer
