Job Description/Responsibilities ResponsibilitiesPerform regular maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment, programmable logic controllers (PLC), and variable frequency drives (VFD)Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues with machinery, utilizing your strong mechanical troubleshooting skillsIdentify and resolve PLC-related problems, utilizing your PLC troubleshooting skillsConduct machine safety inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocolsCollaborate with other team members to develop and implement preventive maintenance programsAssist in the installation and commissioning of new equipmentMaintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment logsAdhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment Qualifications/Requirements Qualifications2+ years of prior Maintenance or Mechanic work experience requiredAbility to work an off shift with overtime on weekends (as needed)Demonstrated mechanical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair machinery issuesExperience working in a manufacturing environmentKnowledge of machine safety inspections and adherence to safety regulations
