Volt is immediately hiring a Maintenance Mechanic for a local leading organization in Arvin, CA

\r\n\r\n

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tAssist mechanics in obtaining parts\r\n\tBuild Equipment with Assistant\r\n\tIdentify parts by nomenclature\r\n\tHandle minor breakdowns without assistance\r\n\tDocument findings during preventative maintenance\r\n\r\n\r\n

Maintenance Mechanic Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\t6 months of relatable experience\r\n\tMust pass the Maintenance 1 qualification exam \r\n\tMust demonstrate working knowledge of all aspects of Maintenance 1 level.\r\n\tHave a friendly and productive attitude in a highly intensive work environment. \r\n\tHave a willingness to support all Production activities, as required. \r\n\tMust know and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)\r\n\tMust pass Quality Control GMP testing. \r\n\tHave a willingness to learn new skills and techniques\r\n\tAbility to operate hand and power tools\r\n\tAbility to work outdoors\r\n\tAbility to work in different temperatures (as hot as 100 degrees to 110 degrees and as cold as -20 degrees to 32 degrees)\r\n\tAble to move items up to 50 lbs. to a height of 5 ft. \r\n\r\n\r\n

This is a Full-time 3rd Shift Position

\r\n\r\n

The schedule is 9:00 PM- 5:30 AM (must be able to work other shifts as needed)

\r\n\r\n

The first day of work will start at 8:00 AM

\r\n\r\n

Pay for this position is $17.75 per hour

\r\n\r\n
