Other benefits include regular infrastructure investment, robust recognition program and team building events in a fun department!   JOB SUMMARY: Develops oversees and performs a scheduled preventive maintenance program on all equipment within the entire Hospital facilities to insure safety. reliability, and compliance with established requirements.    REQUIREMENTS: Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field. 5 years experience as a PM Mechanic, maintenance mechanic, or three years experience in a mechanical trade such as HVAC, pipe fitting, engineering, etc. Valid Maryland Driver's license that is not a provisional and a good driving record. Rotating Saturdays every 8 weeks, on call every 8 weeks
