This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of **$28-35/hour** based on experience and skill level. If you are a Maintenance Mechanicand want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! **Job Scope:** + Preventative, Corrective, and General Maintenance of Commercial and Industrial Facility Equipment + Conduct Shift Rounds, Regular Checks of Systems, and Equipment to Identify Issues, and Document Systems and Equipment Performance + Maintains, Troubleshoot, and Perform Equipment Repairs + Perform Electrical Installation, Repair, and Maintenance of Equipment and Controls Located throughout a Site + Install, Maintain, and Repair Plumbing/Piping and Associated Equipment and Components Located in the Interior and Exterior of Buildings + Installation, Repair, and Maintenance of Mechanical/Electrical Operating Equipment and Machinery + Perform Administrative Tasks such as Parts Ordering, PO# Creation, Vendor Management, Attend Job Meetings/Project Meetings, Documents Work Results, Analyze Findings and Recommend Updates + Other Tasks as Assigned **Requirements:** + Minimum of 7 Years Previous Experience and/or Training including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry.
