Job Accountabilities:
The Maintainer will be responsible for setting up, adjust, repair, overhaul, perform preventive maintenance, quality adjustment checks, and evaluate can line equipment as required to maintain standard quality and quantity production.
Has primary responsibility for safe mechanical performance of line and standard production output. Disassemble, replace, reassemble, inspect, and maintain assigned machinery and equipment as required. Measure and record all can dimensions against specifications. Maintain records of production, quality and other related records as directed. Troubleshoot mechanical issues; perform mechanical repairs and maintenance for production equipment. Has primary responsibility for safety for all areas of assigned duties. The successful candidate will be required to complete an 4,000-hour training program to be fully qualified as a Maintainer. Extensive on-the-job-training (OJT) will be provided.About Crown:
