Qualifications: EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Be able to read, write and follow instructions SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Be able to complete entry level computer skills, ability to follow Carle behavior standards. Essential Functions: + Completes paperwork in a timely and accurate manner. + Performs janitorial duties as they relate to facilities. + Conducts entry level environmental maintenance checks. + Moves furniture, equipment and records to and from warehouses. + Performs assigned preventative maintenance duties including fire extinguisher inspections and emergency lighting. + Change HVAC air filters. + Clean supply and return vents. + Replace stained and dirty ceiling tiles. + Clean sprinkler heads.
