Maintenance Mechanic
Pay Rate:
$27.46/hr. up to $29.86/hr.
Category/Shift: Hourly Full-Time – This job requires you to work a 12 hour shift schedule in a 24/7 Manufacturing environment, with availability for either Day shift (5am - 5pm) or Night shift (5pm - 5am)

The Job You Will Perform:
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical/electronic equipment including but not limited to programmable controls, numeral controls, power supplies, drives, gauges, and test equipment. Reads blueprints, schematics, and drawings. Maintains a clean, organized and safe work environment; responsible for proper waste disposal Receptive to training and perform other duties as required. Create, update, maintain and execute PM schedule for all machines Keep all necessary supplies in stock Key liaison with all vendors on maintenance and upkeep of machines

Personal commitment to safety for self and others Willingness to understand and follow all safety protocols, in addition to being an active participant in our safety culture Self-starter, with ability to consistently achieve deadlines Proficient written & verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with peers, supervisor, managers Ability to meet deadlines, and provide creative solutions to mechanical issues Keen attention to detail Ability to learn / understand company standards Vocational or specialized training beyond high school in electronics/industrial maintenance or minimum of 1 year of proven experience in electrical/electronics, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic fields is required and the ability to demonstrate high proficiency in these areas. A thorough knowledge of electrical/electronic equipment. Computer experience/operation and PLC programming are preferred. Ability to utilize laptop for analyzing and troubleshooting. Ability to climb in overhead structures, to work beneath machines and in close quarters performing analysis and repair work. Willing to work any shift and overtime as required. Preferred candidate will have a minimum of 5 years working in an industrial environment, experience in plumbing (water lines on machines), electrical, & pneumatic/hydraulics
