Job Description
We are seeking an Entry Level Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will be working in a job shop environment, focusing on custom machining and production. This is a first-shift position, with working hours from 6 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Saturday, with some voluntary overtime on Sundays.
ResponsibilitiesLearn the assembly and production processes, as well as machinery and equipment.Assist with mechanical and electrical breakdowns.Utilize mechanical aptitude and blueprint reading knowledge to troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix maintenance-related issues.Be open to learning and taking feedback from experienced team members.SkillsProficient in blueprint reading.Experience using all hand tools.High mechanical aptitude.Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in fabrication and pipefitting.Manual machine work experience.Machine building and mechanic experience.Experience with industrial machine wiring.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Our facility is located in Fredericktown, OH. The custom-built facility includes several departments such as Machining, Assembly, Weld/Fabrication, Paint, and Engineering/Design. It is a clean and safe environment, with pride taken in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety. The shop environment requires PPE as per OSHA standards, and you will be frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, toxic chemicals, and vibration. Be prepared for high noise levels. Physical requirements include standing, walking, climbing stairs, using hands independently or together, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Strong communication skills and specific vision abilities are also necessary.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $29.00
