**Description:**
This job description outlines the responsibilities and qualifications for a full-time, day-shift position in a hospital's facilities management team. The primary role involves supporting various HVAC equipment and systems within the hospital, including:
+ **Central Energy Plant** operations
+ **Chillers** , **Boilers** , and **Cooling Towers**
+ **Pumps** , **AHU** (Air Handling Units), **Fan Coil Units** , **Heat Exchangers**
+ **Chemical Systems** , **Condensate Stations** , and other related equipment
Additionally, the position provides support in daily operations beyond HVAC and equipment maintenance.
**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent is required.
+ Completion of vocational courses in:
+ Electricity/Electronics
+ Plumbing
+ Mechanics
+ Air conditioning and refrigeration
+ Painting
+ Carpentry
+ Alternatively, extensive practical experience may be considered in place of formal education.
This position involves varied days of work and is critical to maintaining the functionality of the hospital's infrastructure and equipment.
