**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic** **Job Description** The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for assisting in the repair of machinery throughout the facility. They will perform installations, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and respond to maintenance calls. **Responsibilities** + Repair and maintenance of conveyors, heat sealers, dryer systems, HMI’s, shaker systems, pumps, pneumatics, PLC’s, electric systems (480V), HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. + Perform building maintenance and grounds keeping. + Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on various equipment. + Respond to maintenance calls and execute necessary repairs. **Essential Skills** + Prior industrial maintenance experience (1-3 years). + Mechanical aptitude with experience in hydraulics, pumps, conveyors, and bearings. + Electrical skills, including the ability to use HMIs, PLCs, and handle high voltage (480V). + Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve. + Experience with hand and power tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in welding, blueprint and schematic reading, industrial maintenance, PLC troubleshooting, electrical troubleshooting, three-phase motors, fabrication, and equipment maintenance. + Forklift operation skills. **Why Work Here?** This global company offers significant growth potential with opportunities for advancement into various maintenance roles. Training will be conducted on the 1st shift for 6 weeks before transitioning to the night shift.
