**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic** **Job Description** We are looking for a maintenance technician to join our team at a manufacturing plant located in Albuquerque, NM. You will work with a maintenance team completing preventive maintenance (PM) and reactive repair to manufacturing equipment. Apply now to learn more if you have experience with equipment repair in an industrial setting. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on manufacturing equipment. + Conduct reactive repairs on industrial equipment. + Troubleshoot and repair 3 phase motors. + Fix and maintain conveyor belt systems. + Perform electrical repairs and maintenance. + Read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + Weld and fabricate as needed. + Work with multimeters and handle industrial electrical tasks. + Maintain and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems. + Troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs). **Essential Skills** + Experience with equipment repair in an industrial setting. + Knowledge of forklift mechanics, diesel mechanics, and general mechanical maintenance. + Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues. + Proficiency in 3 phase motor repairs and conveyor belt repairs. + Strong understanding of electrical repairs and blueprint reading. + Experience with welding and fabrication. + Familiarity with industrial multimeters, pneumatics, hydraulics, and conveyor maintenance. + Skill in PLC troubleshooting and electrical maintenance. + Experience with hydraulic pumps and pneumatic systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 2+ years of experience as a maintenance mechanic. + Proficiency in troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing 3 phase motors. + Experience with 480 volts electrical systems. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + Experience with lockout/tagout (LOTO) safety procedures. **Why Work Here?** The company has been in business since 1985 and has never done layoffs, ensuring strong job security.
