Job Description
The Maintenance Mechanic will assist in repairing and maintaining machinery and equipment critical to our operations. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance on plant equipment and apply preventative techniques to reduce downtime.Diagnose and repair machinery, utility systems, and building structures.Identify and procure necessary tools, parts, and stock to ensure operational efficiency.Utilize tools, power equipment, and precision instruments to repair and maintain machinery in line with diagrams, blueprints, and specifications.Complete required documentation fully and accurately.Maintain work areas in alignment with 5S standards (cleanliness and organization).Adhere to all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures.Perform other duties as assigned.Additional Skills & Qualifications2–4 years of maintenance experience, including operating powered industrial equipment.Solid working knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, and fluid dynamics.Powered industrial equipment certification is preferred.Ability to work under general supervision and handle moderately complex issues.Why Work Here?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
