Pay range is $19.50 - $30 an hour plus $2000 sign on bonusFull time schedule is Monday - Friday, shift starts at 7am

Position Purpose: The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for repairs, adjustments, and ongoing maintenance of facilities. Performs general electrical and/or repairs of and various equipment on company premises. Conduct periodic inspections to determine the maintenance work required. Maintains all equipment necessary to perform work.

Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

Obtains work schedule and daily production paperwork and prepare for operations. Performs daily safety checks.Performs maintenance, repairs, and installations on various equipment within guidelines of processes and standards. Maintains, replaces, builds, adjusts, and modifies the facilities, buildings, and grounds according to a set schedule and in emergency and non-emergency situations. Performs general housekeeping duties and keep maintenance area orderly and clean as required. At the end of the shift secure all equipment and complete all necessary reports and paperwork.Performs other related duties as assigned.The ideal candidate should possess the following:Willingness to learn and adaptCoachable

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.

1+yrs building maintenance and repair or related area.

1+yrs electrical experience

Must be able to work the required shift and hours

Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Preferred Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.

2+ years of maintenance and repair or related area.

Conveyor and/or electrical experience a plus

Certifications: OSHA Forklift operator certificate; HVAC certification; ammonia.
