Position: Maintenance Technician

Shift: 5th Shift (6 PM to 6 AM, Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Pay Rate: $25 to $30 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance activities, including lubricating, measuring wear, repositioning components, and observing operations.Conduct emergency/breakdown maintenance to support plant operations.Reference equipment manuals and technical literature for accurate repairs.Use measurement and test equipment accurately.Perform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam system, and other repairs and installations.Adhere to all Locking Out Tag Out procedures.Maintain clean and organized work areas.Prepare and maintain maintenance records accurately.Troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.Collaborate with other associates to maintain a strong team environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.Manufacturing experience (tubed products preferred).Proficiency with standard tools and measurement devices such as micrometers, scales, rulers, depth gauges, and calipers.Ability to interpret safety instructions, job orders, quality specifications, and other related documents.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent math and mechanical reasoning skills.Ability to contribute as part of a team.Physical ability to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, use hands to handle objects, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and regularly lift/move up to 50 pounds.Good close vision and depth perception skills.Positive attitude, good judgment, and excellent time management skills.

Manufacturing environment with high temperatures in the summer (up to 110 degrees) and comfortable temperatures in the winter.Team-oriented culture where everyone is friendly and supportive.Daily morning meetings to review customer demand and team goals, ensuring accountability and progress.
