**Job Posting: Maintenance Technician** **Location:** Fort Dodge, IA **Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in Fort Dodge, IA. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both electrical and mechanical systems, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on a variety of equipment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Exhibit competencies in packaging/fill line setup, changeover, individual PM performance, and troubleshooting. + Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain packaging equipment, fill lines, bioreactors, fermenters, capping machines, cell growth equipment, and associated support equipment. + Perform metal work, including sawing, welding, grinding, and filling. + Document repair and preventive maintenance activities, detailing the problem, cause, and remedy. + Collaborate with other workers to repair or move machines, machine parts, or equipment. + Furnish a complete set of hand tools. + Perform basic shop math and practical shop calculations with fractions, decimals, and percentages. + Provide basic measurements and measuring tools in either metric and/or US standard systems. + Demonstrate knowledge of basic AC/DC electricity and electronics, including 3-phase electrical systems. + Independently perform methods of measuring current, voltage, resistance, simple OHMS law calculations, and reading both electrical and mechanical schematics. + Maintain cleanliness of work areas through general housekeeping. + Use a computer to keep accurate and complete records, adhering to cGMP documentation practices. + Understand mechanical systems to allow effective and efficient troubleshooting. + Perform jobs of lower grades as required. + Follow OSHA standards and lockout/tagout procedures. + Handle hazardous waste according to established procedures. + Pass aseptic gowning requirements. **Skills Required:** + Electrical + Mechanical + Preventive maintenance + Troubleshooting + Hydraulics + Schematics **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or GED **Experience Level:** + Expert Level If you are a skilled Maintenance Technician with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and quality, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity in Fort Dodge, IA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $70720.00/yr. - comprehensive health insurance plans, including medical, dental, and vision coverage; company-paid life insurance including short-term and long-term disability - paid time off, two additional office shutdown weeks mid-year and end of year as well as standard holidays. - annual bonus and stocks for those eligible & 401k plan **Workplace Type** This is a hybrid position in Rockwell City,IA. **Application Deadline** This position is anticipated to close on Feb 24, 2025. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
