**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic** **Job Description** Aerotek is hiring immediately for Maintenance Mechanics! We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. This role involves working Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with optional overtime on Saturday and Sunday. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various machines, including conveyors within a packaging company. This position offers competitive pay ranging from $26.00 to $40.00 per hour. This position is full time offering competitive pay and benefits! **Responsibilities** + Diagnose and repair machinery such as conveyors, chains, sockets, and rollers. + Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical systems. + Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems. + Conduct electrical troubleshooting and repairs as needed. + Utilize hand tools and industrial equipment to complete repairs. + Read and interpret schematics to diagnose issues. + Operate forklifts as necessary. **Essential Skills** + Strong mechanical aptitude. + Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics. + Ability to change chains and socket belts. + Proficiency in using hand tools and industrial equipment. + Capability to read and interpret schematics. + Electrical troubleshooting skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with light electrical work is a plus but not required. **Why Work Here?** We offer opportunities for growth and development within our company.
