The starting rate for this position is: $19.55 an hour. The rate of pay displayed reflects the beginning of the pay scale. Summary Plays a key role in repairing and maintaining all machinery, mechanical equipment, and utility systems, facilities wide, in a safe and efficient manner. Job Requirements + High School Diploma or GED + Maine Driver’s License + 1-3 years of related of maintenance experience preferred + Handles multiple priorities, and work under pressure. + Ability to make decisions using independent discretion. + Computer skills. + Must read, write, speak, and comprehend the English language. + Work alone or with a team and in crowded/confined spaces. + Mathematical skills. + Responsible, supportive team player and have interpersonal skills with team members, + staff, or vendors. + The ability to manage anger, fear, hostility, violence, stress appropriately. + Must be able to follow written or verbal instructions.
