**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic** **Shift/Pay/Additional Information:** + Night Shift: 7p to 7a; 2-2-3 shift + $33.75. Will receive $1 shift premium for nights as well. + Pay increase every 6 months for the first two years. There are four tiers they can move up from to get full maximum pay + Benefits start on Day 1 after being hired in + BlueCross BlueShield in who benefits are through + Tuition reimbursement up to $5,000 each year + Given uniforms + Boots allowance + Vacation time: Year 1-5 = 2 weeks, Year 5-15 = 3 weeks ,Year 15+ = 4 weeks **Description:** + Looking for two industrial maintenance technicians + Could do facilities maintenance as needed; hvac or lighting fixtures + Candidates will typically perform 70/30 mechanical vs electrical duties + Candidates will be responsible for maintenance on blow molding equipment, conveyor lines, depalletizer lines, airveyers, belt systems + Mechanically - PM's on equipment, troubleshooting, motors, swap motors, pneumatics, hydraulics, valves, bearings, etc. + Electrically - troubleshooting up to 480v single and three phase. servo motors, sensors, lights, control circuits etc. + Reading of blueprints and schematics + Some MIG and stick welding and fabrication work + General building maintenance; light ballets, change sockets, plumbing etc. **Perfect Candidate:** + 70/30 mechanical vs electrical + 3-5 years of experience + Electrically must be able to wire or rewire motors + Mechanically must be able to swap out motors, troubleshoot VFDs and perform mechanical troubleshoot on industrial equipment **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
