Temp-to-Hire position$34.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm)Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment.Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.Perform machinist duties and responsibilities. Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.Maintenance Mechanic Tech Qualifications:
High School Graduate or GED equivalent (preferred).Completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience.4+ years of manufacturing experience; strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills with some PLC, VFD experience and HVAC. MUST be able to work on 2nd shift if needed for the dayApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
