This position is responsible for helping maintain the machinery and equipment through our PM schedule. Candidate will be required to work some non-scheduled overtime when breakdowns occur. They will need to be able to work as a TEAM. **Job Responsibilities** + Installation of machinery and equipment according to plans, drawings, and blueprints. + Troubleshooting machinery and equipment + Repair and lubricate machinery and equipment + Move machinery and equipment using hoist, dollies, rollers, and trucks. + Preform machinery and equipment inspections + Maintain documentation of preformed inspections + Preform system checks of Dust Systems to ensure systems are working as designed and within company regulations + Investigate and repair fugitive dust issues found in the facility **Job Requirements** + Working knowledge of pumps, motors, gearboxes, compressors, and other mechanical equipment, including installation. + General mechanical ability + Active and participate in safety programs. Learn and follow written rules and procedures + Preform millwright work. + Regular, timely attendance is a must + Respond to call-outs + Stay late and work overtime when breakdowns occur + The ability to climb stair, preform lifting, standing for long periods, work in confined spaces, work from heights, work over water, bend, kneel, and respirator qualified are all required + Candidate must be able to work in a variety of environmental conditions, such as hot and cold temperatures, and dusty environments. + Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
