These works will be conducted in order of priority basis with feedback provided on completed and uncompleted tasks. These tasks will be undertaken on both a pro-active and reactive basis.Responsibilities will include the following:Opening and closing the building on a rota basisAdjusting and repairing fixtures and fittingsGeneral painting and upkeep of internal office spaces and communal areasExternal general maintenance such as pressure washing, grounds and car park upkeep, including leaf blowing, hedge trimming, etc.The successful candidate will be flexible with their working hours, as they will be required to work every Saturday, with a day off during the week.HOURS OF WORKYou will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your working hours and days will change, but they will usually be spread over 5 days per week.This role is required to work every Saturday and will receive a day off during the week.
