The dedicated team provide a speedy response to any service breakdown while delivering excellent care, so our guests can relax knowing theyre being taken care of.MAINTENANCE OPERATIVE11.60 per hourWe are looking to recruit a Maintenance Operative to join our busy Technical Services Team.Responsibilities will include:Attending call outs to guest accommodation as well as the on-site guest and staff facilitiesCarrying out and completing tasks and resolving maintenance issuesEnsuring that any work not completed is communicated via a shift book and/or job sheetConsulting with the Technical Services Management Team on work issues which may cause future problemsCarrying out general maintenance and planned preventative maintenance tasks as requiredRectifying any health and safety issuesExcellent communication skills are required, along with practical working knowledge and experience in general maintenance.HOURS OF WORKYou will be contracted to work 160 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. Shifts will fall between 7.30am and 8pm.As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.Please note that to apply for a role with us, you must be able to reliably commute to Center Parcs Longleat Forest, as it is not easily accessible by public transport.
