Highlights of your role Document control and programming for Deimco settings and recipes. Design and assist in fabrication of coating equipment such as flow coaters. Troubleshoot, diagnose, communicate and work with internal customers, vendors, and maintenance department in problem solving equipment issues. Develop preventive maintenance program and perform scheduled maintenance of Deimco equipment and spray booths.Create, submit and manage work orders, purchase requests and PM schedules utilizing the Marvin Maintenance System (EAM).Develop, support document control of and provide training for standard work procedures. Organize and maintain the Paint Tech area, including creating and maintaining spare and consumable parts. Assist leads in designing 5S stations for production including replenishment plans for cleaning supplies and required tools. Check for quality accuracy based on the quality guidelines.Additional duties as assigned You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) Written and verbal communication skills Dependable and a self-starter Maintaining a safe and clean work environment Effectively working with others Ability to work with computers and related software Also want to make sure you have Working knowledge for fluid delivery systems, electrical control systems, and automated equipment systems/robotics. Formal training may be provided but prior experience would be preferred.
