Job Summary:

 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Maintenance Person to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of our dealership facilities, equipment, and grounds. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

 

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:Maintenance and repair of equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systemsGroundskeeping, including lawn care, snow removal, and trash removalTroubleshoot and resolve maintenance-related issuesMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairsCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operationsAdhere to safety protocols and regulationsPerform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required1-2 years of experience in maintenance, repair, or a related fieldBasic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systemsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environmentValid driver's licenseAvailability to work flexible hours, including weekends when needed

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in an automotive dealership environmentCertification in a trade-related field (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing)Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
