The Philadelphia operation is a random length sawmill primarily producing lumber up to 20 feet in length with some specialty related capacity. Philadelphia, MS is located in east central Mississippi and filled with natural beauty and small-town charm. Ability to work safely and practice all company safety policies and proceduresSolid computer skills in Microsoft Office and some CMMS experienceAbility to make sound judgement, manage time, and prioritize workThorough knowledge of all maintenance tasks and the cost/time associatedInitiative to get things done with minimal supervisionAbility to establish positive relationships with mill leadership and hourly associatesExposure to purchasing related activities in an industrial environmentStrong oral and written communication skillsAble to work overtime as needed to accomplish objectivesAbility to balance office work with time on the floorAbility to work in extreme temperatures and at heights should conditions warrantAbility to work in extreme temperatures and at heights should conditions warrant
