Maintenance Planner

Do you have a passion for work planning and the maintenance trade? We are looking for our next thought leader who has a vision for excellent results at our Muncy, PA facility as a Maintenance Planner. This role will have you working with a variety of teams including operations, maintenance leadership, and food safety to plan and coordinate our way to success!

 

As a vital member of our Maintenance team, your skills are essential to the entire facility’s smooth operation. We integrate integrity with excellence, ensuring our decisions are rooted in our commitment to quality and reliability. You will plan, lead, and execute various projects to enhance our maintenance reliability and efficiency.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

Scheduling Support – You will be scheduling planned, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities whether through your own activities or the activities of the process and packing planners per our Work Order Management process. Teamwork – You will teamwork is key as you will be alongside the Maintenance Planning team and coordinating with Operations, Reliability and Quality & Food Safety. Metric and Safety Driven – You will help drive our values are important to us, our People Safety and Food Safety are 2 of them. We also want to ensure all KPIs are met, and CI is at the forefront of our day-to-day responsibilities.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

High School Diploma/GED with substantial related work experience. Experience with SAP or other maintenance planning software.  Ability to quickly develop an in-depth working knowledge of maintenance and reliability processes, workflows, and procedures. Ability to effectively motivate, communicate, delegate, negotiate and train and effectively achieve results through others. Strong technical aptitude.
