DESCRIPTION OF TASKS

Regular follow up work orders in behavior of assets and working day-by-day with daily technician to ensure on time execution of maintenance schedule

Plan with contractors (eg safety, timing, quality of the tasks) to ensure maintenance activities done on time

Plan, do, check and deploy preventive maintenance plan and CCP checks with stream members to ensure maintenance executed accordingly

Work closely with Scheduler of streams, Daily Technician day by day to ensure streams schedule of production machines

Make report and statistical monitoring of machines to get the updated data (including historical top 10 problems of the machine, planned and unplanned maintenance activities, etc)

Exchange planner experiences in the group and benchmark the group to enrich networking and get an update information related to the role

 

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

A. Education

Bachelor degree with mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or similar

B. Experience (type)

5 years experience in maintenance planning,

2 years leadership experience

C. Knowledge or specific business understanding

 

Good knowledge of the cocoa process

Good management skill

Able to use predictive methods

Knowledgeable in Ms. Office
