What You'll Do Review, prioritize, and organize maintenance work orders based on urgency and operational impact. Assist in creating daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules, coordinating with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime. Update maintenance records and databases with completed work orders, parts usage, and equipment history. Assist in developing and optimizing preventative maintenance (PM) schedules and routines. Generate reports on maintenance performance, equipment downtime, and work order completion to support data-driven decisions. Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Support initiatives to improve maintenance efficiency, reduce costs, and extend equipment lifespan. Work closely with maintenance technicians, supervisors, and production staff to coordinate maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations. What You'll Need 2 years of experience in maintenance, scheduling, or a related role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Basic understanding of maintenance processes, equipment, and tools; familiarity with maintenance management software (CMMS) preferred. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with CMMS or ERP systems is a plus. Must be flexible to work on call or overtime based on business needs. Your Education High School Diploma or GED required
