Maintenance Planner
Responsibilities Make an impact Create, modify, and maintain Maintenance Plans in the CMMS Work with the Team Leaders to plan and schedule all maintenance activities, including preventative and corrective maintenance Create Bill of Materials for repairs/rebuilds and purchase the necessary parts Assemble required parts and consumables for planned repairs (kitting) Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed, equipment condition, and parts consumed. Work with engineering and operations teams to plan and implement equipment modifications and upgrades. Collaborate with vendors and contractors as needed. Participate in the development and implementation of maintenance policies, procedures, and best practices. Prepare reports as needed for the customer and site Leadership Assist with spare parts management, cycle counts, and audits   Application Requirements What you need to succeed Essential: High School degree or higher education Practical knowledge of MS Office program Maintenance work experience in a manufacturing, production, or operations environment Skilled in working with and reading technical documentation Excellent word processing and spreadsheet skills Desirable: Associate degree in engineering technology Certification in maintenance planning Proven track record managing large storeroom inventories, and experience in inventory software suites. Experience in inventory software suites, including SAP eMaint CMMS experience Able to read BOM’s efficiently and translate that to inventory on hand and inventory required.
