Salary Range for Maintenance Planner starts at $70,000 / year

  

At our Cascades in Calgary, AB you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Packaging division of our team as the Maintenance Planner:

 

Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for equipment to ensure maximum reliability and uptime. Coordinate with production teams to plan maintenance activities during scheduled downtimes, minimizing disruption to operations. Maintain and manage an accurate inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring timely procurement to avoid delays. Track and analyze equipment performance, recommending improvements to reduce breakdowns and enhance efficiency. Ensure all maintenance activities align with safety standards and regulatory requirements while promoting a culture of safety.

You too, will put forward your strengths: 
 

3+ years of experience in maintenance planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in CMMS software and SAP maintenance modules. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills with an eye for continuous improvement. Collaborative mindset with effective communication skills to coordinate across teams and vendors. Commitment to maintaining safety and operational excellence in all activities.
