Job Description
As a Maintenance Planner, you will provide essential assistance to the facility management team to ensure the successful delivery of client facility needs. You will directly support the facility management team with ongoing facility and team-related responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations and effective maintenance planning.
ResponsibilitiesAssist the facility management team with service delivery and client facility needs.Support the facility management team with ongoing facility and team-related responsibilities.Perform data entry and maintain inventory records.Utilize maintenance planning software to assign maintenance tasks to the team.Ensure accurate and timely data entry for procedural tasks.Provide excellent customer service in logistics and administrative tasks.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This role is set in an office environment with working hours from 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Paris, Illinois.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $29.00 - $31.00
