Maintenance Planner Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the preventive maintenance and calibration program to ensure reliability. Plan and schedule maintenance activities, ensuring required materials and labour are available. Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Procurement teams to align maintenance with business needs. Maintain equipment history records and generate reports for performance tracking. Oversee maintenance parts inventory and manage procurement processes. Continuously improve maintenance processes by implementing best practices and new technologies. Maintenance Planner Qualifications: High school diploma required; post-secondary education or skilled trade experience is an asset. 5+ years of experience in a production or cGMP/pharmaceutical environment. Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. SAP PM module experience is essential. Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
