As a Planner/Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure the efficient operation of equipment and machinery. If you have experience working within a maintenance team and planning within the food manufacturing industry then we would love to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities of the Maintenance Planner: Develop and maintain detailed schedules for maintenance tasksCoordinate with various departments to plan and schedule work ordersSupervise and manage the execution of maintenance plansUtilise mechanical knowledge to interpret schematics and logic controllersOversee project management activities related to maintenance projectsUsing the CMMS System ensure all data is up to date and currentWorking with the maintenance team produce weekly reports which include comprehensive Engineers schedules and activities each week.
Job Requirements of the Maintenance Planner:Strong mechanical and electrical knowledgeExperience working as a Maintenance Planner or schedulerDemonstrated leadership and supervisory skillsAbility to maintain and manage schedules effectivelyExperience with logic controllers is advantageousCMMS System or similar experienceAble to schedule maintenance and keep on top of spares required and ordersProficiency in English, both written and verbal
